YOUR TERRACE ABOVE THE WATER
On the spacious rooftop terrace, breakfast can easily turn into a leisurely morning. Three loungers invite you to sunbathe or read, while marina views accompany shared meals.
The private hot tub is exclusively for Maui’s guests. After a day at the beach or exploring the coast, unwind with an evening on the water.
ROOM FOR SIX
Two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed. A sofa bed in the living room sleeps two more guests.
Air-conditioned interiors, a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, towels and bed linen, free Wi-Fi and two LCD TVs with satellite channels.
A TASTE OF HOLIDAY
A kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and kettle lets you set your own holiday rhythm. A contact grill, six-pan raclette grill, hand blender and chopper are also available.
Find local ingredients at Lucija’s market. The marina has a small grocery shop and a restaurant, with plenty more places nearby for lunch or coffee.

Free private parking within the marina and a private boat mooring. Laundry facilities are available for an extra charge.
The beach is about 50 metres, or a minute’s walk, from the house. Nearby are sports courts, SUP rental and a path towards the Sečovlje salt pans.
Two bedrooms and nearby playgrounds. Young children need adult supervision near the water and on the stairs to the rooftop terrace.
The Marina Portorož pool is available for an extra charge. Pools, activities and rentals depend on the season and each provider’s opening times.
